This festival is more than music – it’s an experience that combines the energy of the Main Stage, the discoveries at the Discovery stage, the raw power of The Pit, and the electrifying vibes of The Tower. To ensure everyone enjoys unforgettable moments, we’ve established a few simple rules to create a safe, friendly, and respectful environment.

Access and Admission
Festival entry is allowed exclusively with a valid ticket or access wristband issued by the organizer. Wristbands must be worn throughout the festival and are non-transferable and non-replaceable.
Entry checks: For everyone’s safety, security personnel have the right to conduct body and bag checks. Attendees refusing such checks will be denied entry to the festival.
Access schedule: Festival entry is permitted starting at 9:00 AM and ends at 11:00 PM each day of the event.
Age restrictions: Minors under 16 years old may attend only if accompanied by an adult and with a valid ticket. The organizer does not assume responsibility for supervising minors.
Re-entry: Leaving and re-entering the festival grounds is permitted only under rules established by the organizer and may require wristband validation.
Behavior and Responsibilities
Respect and courtesy: All attendees are expected to show respect to others, including fellow participants, festival staff, volunteers, and artists. Aggressive behavior, harassment, offensive language, or any conduct that may disturb others is strictly prohibited.
Shared spaces: Attendees are encouraged to keep the festival grounds clean by using the provided trash bins and recycling points. Together, we can maintain a pleasant and sustainable atmosphere.
Responsible consumption: The introduction or use of illegal substances is prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption or any behavior endangering public or individual safety will not be tolerated.
Following instructions: Attendees must follow the instructions of security personnel, organizers, and volunteers to prevent incidents or hazardous situations. Failure to comply may result in removal from the festival premises.
Equipment and installations: Please treat festival equipment, decorations, and infrastructure with care. Any intentional damage or misuse may lead to civil or criminal liability.
Prohibited Items and Actions
Prohibited items at entry:
- Illegal substances and drugs.
- Weapons of any kind, including objects that can be used as weapons (knives, bats, etc.).
- Glass bottles, cans, gas containers, or other flammable materials.
- Drones or other flying devices.
- Irritant or incapacitating sprays.
- Pyrotechnics, fireworks, or smoke devices.
Prohibited behaviors:
- Bringing alcoholic beverages from outside the festival grounds.
- Unauthorized trading or distribution of promotional materials without the organizers’ consent.
- Entering restricted areas without authorization.
- Professional recording of concerts (audio, video) without the organizers’ permission.
Consequences: Attendees violating these rules may be removed from the festival grounds, and prohibited items will be confiscated by security personnel.
Safety and Emergency Procedures
Participant safety: Your safety is our top priority. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of security personnel and volunteers. All festival areas are equipped with clearly marked emergency exits and first aid points.
Evacuation procedures: In extreme situations (fire, severe weather, or other incidents), the organizers may decide to evacuate the festival grounds. Stay calm and follow the designated exit routes.
Weather conditions: The festival takes place rain or shine. We recommend being prepared for various weather conditions (raincoats, suitable footwear, etc.). In case of extreme weather, the organizers will provide specific instructions.
Reporting incidents: If you notice suspicious behavior, dangerous objects, or any situation that may affect safety, please inform security personnel or volunteers.
Restricted areas: Access to technical zones, backstage, and other restricted areas is strictly prohibited without authorization. Failure to comply with this rule may endanger the safety of both attendees and staff.
Children and Family Policies
Children’s entry:
- Children under 16 years old may attend the festival only if accompanied by an adult and with a valid ticket.
- Children under 12 years old have free entry but must be registered at the access points.
Dedicated areas: The festival offers family-friendly zones, including activities designed for children. These areas are clearly marked on the festival map.
Children’s safety:
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children in all festival areas.
We recommend giving children a wristband with the name and contact number of an accompanying adult.
Facilities and equipment: Family zones include relaxation areas, diaper-changing stations, and easy access to hydration points.
Restrictions: In concert zones and near stages, please use appropriate hearing protection for children to safeguard their hearing.
Accommodation, Parking, and Transport
Accommodation:

- The camping area includes essential facilities such as showers, eco-friendly toilets, and device charging points.
Parking:
- A dedicated parking area is available for festival attendees. Access is allowed only with a pre-purchased parking pass.
- Please follow the instructions of parking staff to avoid blocking access roads or emergency zones.
Transport:
- Special transport lines are organized from major nearby cities (Bucharest, Brașov, Ploiești). The schedule and details are available on our website.
- Attendees are encouraged to use public transport or carpool to reduce their carbon footprint.
Accessibility:

Tickets and Refund Policy
Ticket purchase:
- Tickets can be purchased from the official LAROCK Music Festival website or via third-party platforms such as ambilet.ro and iabilet.ro.
- When purchasing through third-party platforms, additional fees may apply, which will be disclosed during the purchase process.
Refund policy:
- All tickets are refundable within the first 48 hours after purchase, but not within 48 hours before the event date stated on the ticket.
- To request a refund during this period, attendees can send an email to [email protected], providing purchase details.
- Refunds may take up to 3-5 working days to be transferred back to the buyer’s account via Stripe, our payment processor.
Additional fees:
- For purchases made through third-party platforms, the value of any additional fees charged by those platforms is non-refundable.
- The refund policy remains the same regardless of the purchase platform, except for the non-refundable fee value.
Ticket validity:
- Each ticket is unique and valid for a single entry only. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use of tickets is prohibited.
- Organizers are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
Photography and Recording
Personal photography:
- Attendees are encouraged to capture memorable moments of the festival using small cameras or mobile phones.
- Selfie sticks are allowed except in crowded areas where they may pose a safety risk.
Professional equipment:
- The use of professional equipment, such as DSLRs or video cameras, is allowed only with prior approval from the organizers.
- Any attendee found recording concerts or activities for commercial purposes without authorization may be asked to leave the festival grounds.
Image rights:
- By attending the festival, you agree to potentially appear in photos or videos taken by the organizers or official partners for event promotion purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please notify our team on-site or send us an email afterward.
Drones and other devices:
The use of drones or other flying devices is strictly prohibited within the festival grounds to ensure safety and respect for attendees’ privacy.
Sustainability and Environmental Commitment

Recycling and waste management:
- The festival grounds are equipped with recycling bins and general waste bins. Please use these facilities to keep the area clean.
- Reusable cups will be available for beverages and can be returned for a symbolic deposit refund.
Eco-friendly transport:
- We encourage using public transportation, bicycles, or carpooling to reduce your carbon footprint.
- Organizers will provide special transport lines from nearby cities to minimize traffic and emissions.
Eco-friendly materials:
- All materials used at the festival, including decorations and product packaging, are chosen to be biodegradable or recyclable.
Your commitment:
- Attendees are encouraged to act responsibly toward the environment by reducing plastic usage, bringing reusable containers, and avoiding waste.
- Any behavior that contradicts these principles can be reported to festival staff.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found point:
- Lost or found items can be handed over or claimed at the dedicated Lost and Found point, located in the festival’s main area. This location is marked on the festival map.
Claim procedure:
- To claim a lost item, you must provide a detailed description and, if possible, proof of ownership (photos, documents, etc.).
- Unclaimed items by the end of the festival will be stored by the organizers for 30 days. After this period, they will be handled in accordance with the law.
Valuables:
- Organizers are not responsible for the loss of valuables such as phones, wallets, or jewelry. We recommend keeping such items in secure places.
- If you lose a valuable item, notify festival staff immediately to increase the chances of recovery.

Medical Assistance
